National universities charge approximately ¥535,800 per year in tuition. Private universities charge ¥800,000 to ¥2,000,000 per year. Living costs range from ¥100,000 to ¥180,000 per month depending on the city. With the MEXT scholarship, all costs are covered.
Admission Requirements
- Academic qualifications: 12 years of education for undergraduate; bachelor's degree for graduate programmes.
- Language: Japanese-taught programmes require JLPT N2 or higher. English-taught programmes require IELTS or TOEFL.

Student Visa
