Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

A Fulbright exchange bringing accomplished, mid-career professionals from over 100 countries to the United States for ten months of non-degree graduate-level study, leadership development, and a professional affiliation with a U.S. organization. Covers tuition, a monthly living allowance, health insurance, a travel allowance, and a professional development stipend; fellows are placed in thematic cohorts across roughly eight U.S. host universities. Applicants need a four-year bachelor's degree, at least five years of professional experience in a policy-relevant field, limited prior U.S. experience, and a demonstrated record of leadership and public service. Applications go through the Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy in the applicant's home country; deadlines for the 2027-28 cohort vary by country, generally falling between late June and mid-August 2026.
