The MOI certificate is the key that unlocks most no-IELTS applications. Here is how to get one from a Pakistani university:

1. Contact the right office. Usually the Registrar's office or the Examinations Department issues MOI letters.
2. Request it in English. Most scholarships need an English letter on official university letterhead.
3. Order extra copies. You will need one per application, so request several at once.
4. Translate if needed. If your university issues the certificate in Urdu, arrange an attested or notarized English translation.
5. Leave time. Universities typically take one to three weeks to process MOI requests.

Alternative English tests accepted by scholarship providers

If your university cannot issue an MOI certificate, or the provider you want insists on a test, these alternatives are widely accepted for fully funded scholarships:
